Ceremony & MC Package

The most popular package, offering you my full services as your Celebrant along with full Master of Ceremonies duties for your Reception.  

Yes, that’s right you receive everything included in the Your Wedding Your Way Ceremony Package PLUS I will be  your go to girl for as long as you need me into your reception – usually until the formalities are over. 

This day is all about YOU and YOUR love story. Telling it the way YOU want to, whilst sharing it with the people  YOU want to, followed by the reception of your dreams including all the elements, announcements, speeches, games and formalities You Want included! 

No two weddings are ever the same and it is my role, plus, joy & passion, to create a personal and unique ceremony then reception run sheet for you making sure to incorporate any elements with meaning to you and your loved one.  

There are so many options, elements, readings, rituals, games, and announcements you can add into your day. The  sky's your limit and the worlds your oyster, we can create the ceremony and reception of your dreams 

It’s so important to choose a celebrant/MC you have a connection with, feel relaxed and at ease with. After all it is  one of the biggest days of your life! Let’s chat and see if we have a match!  

We will then arrange our initial meeting where we will talk and learn about your plans and love story, complete the  Notice of Intention to Marry, NOIM, answer all your questions, and giving you lots of things to go away and think  about! I do like to allow 1.5hours for this meeting so there is no rushing. Its best in include a coffee or even a wine  in this meeting! 

Please note The Notice of intention to marry, NOIM, requires one month before your ceremony, unless a shortening of  time is granted.  

I will then create the draft of your personalised ceremony and we can review, revisit and alter it as many times as we  need until its perfect. 

As we get closer we will meet or communicate in more detail about your MC requirements and I will craft and design  any games/personal information and produce a personalised run sheet in line with your other vendors. 

We will arrange a rehearsal or final meeting before the day. It’s a great  way to help your wedding party understand when and where they are meant to be and also assists in calming any  nerves. 

I will be available to you as much, or as little, as you like in the lead up to your day. I am happy to advise, recommend  or make suggestions as you require. 

On the big day I will check in with you in the morning, then be at the venue in plenty of time to set up and be ready  to welcome you and your guests before we start, easing any nerves as needed. I will check you have the rings, are in  position, any buttonholes/corsages/flowers are in place, all ties, flies and jackets straight and dresses neat before we  start! 

I will stay with you, assist and guide your guests, making all those important announcements until you hit that  dance floor and your formalities are done and dusted. Leaving you to enjoy your day, stress free and then dance the  night away! 

I will deliver your day in the best way I can do and be there in anyway you need me till you hit that dance floor 

Included in your package:

• Initial meeting to get to know you, start planning and complete legal paperwork including the NOIM &  talk about your vision for the day.  

• Design, create, write and deliver your unique personalised ceremony 

• Assist and guide you in writing any personalised vows

• Provide you with Ideas, examples of wording for each section, readings and rituals to assist in your planning

• Unlimited communication via phone and email, as required in the lead up to the big day

• Up to one hour travel each way to your chosen venue or location 

•  All legal paperwork prepared and lodged with the Registry of Births, Deaths and Marriages 

• Apply for your official marriage certificate from the correct BDM (fee paid to BDM added to invoice) 

•  Ceremonial Certificate presented to you on the day.

• Ceremonial Digital copy of your personally crafted ceremony to keep

• Personal Vows and readings printed on cards for use during the ceremony then keep

• Use of my PA and microphone if required on the day

• Signing Table and 2 Chairs if required 

• Arrival in plenty of time at your venue to be set up and ready to welcome your guests

• Liaise with all your ceremony vendors to ensure we are all on the same page for a smooth running ceremony.

•  Meeting to discuss all your MC requirements & ideas…think photos, games, speeches, extra bits 

•  Run sheet created, agreed, produced and issued to all your vendors for the Ceremony & Reception 

•  Make all announcements during your Reception, keep an eye on everything, everyone and timings to keep the  day flowing and to plan. 

• Be you Go to girl on the day  

• Ensure you are looked after during your Reception and all formalities take place as agreed and we get you on  the dance floor.
   
• Rehearsal before your day of up to one hour either at your venue or another location agreed on.
