What is the Ceremony Celebrant & Set-up Package

An all-inclusive Ceremony Set-up styling & Celebrant Package. 


Let us take care of the Ceremony so you and your guests turn up on the day to a beautiful looking space to enjoy your fully personalised ceremony.


Yes, that’s right you receive everything included in the Your Wedding Your Way Full Ceremony Package, assistance with completing permit applications as required for public spaces PLUS Ceremony Styling Package by the fantastic Dallas from Sweet Bride of Mine. 


Which includes seating for up to 20 guests, decorated Arbour, Signing tables and chairs, Aisle runner AND Personalised Welcome Sign. With Delivery setup and pack down


This is your full ceremony as you dream it to be. This day is all about YOU and YOUR love story. Telling it the way YOU want to, whilst sharing it with the people YOU want to. 

No two weddings are ever the same and it is our role, plus, joy & passion, to create a personal and unique ceremony & set-up making sure to incorporate any elements with meaning to you and your loved one. 

The Process

 We will then arrange our initial meeting where we will talk and learn about your plans and love story, complete the Notice of Intention to Marry, NOIM, answer all your questions, and giving you lots of things to go away and think about! I do like to allow 1.5hours for this meeting so there is no rushing. Its best to include a coffee or even a wine in this meeting!


During this meeting we can start the process for any park/beach permits required. Please note that application fee’s are not included and you are responsible for payment of these directly to council.


I will then create the draft of your personalised ceremony and we can review, revisit and alter it as many times as we need until its perfect.


Please note The Notice of intention to marry, NOIM, requires one month before your ceremony, unless a shortening of time is granted. 


As we get closer you will liaise with Dallas from Sweet Bride of Mine Styling to discuss and finalise your set up choices. You will have the opportunity to upgrade your styling options if you wish from the array they have on offer.


We will arrange a rehearsal or final meeting before the day, this doesn't need to take place at your venue/location. It’s a great way to help your wedding party understand when and where they are meant to be and also assists in calming any nerves. However please know I will guide you through every step of the ceremony on the big day, so a rehearsal is not essential.


We will be available to you as much, or as little, as you like in the lead up to your day and happy to advise, recommend or make suggestions as you require.


On the big day we will check in with you in the morning, then be at the venue in plenty of time to set up the ceremony  and be ready to welcome you and your guests before we start, easing any nerves as needed. We will check you have the rings, are in position, any buttonholes/corsages/flowers are in place, all ties, flies and jackets straight and dresses neat before we start! 


On conclusion of the ceremony the set-up with be packed & taken away with you hardly noticing….Leaving you to enjoy your day, stress free and then move onto your photos and reception with ease.

Package Inclusions

Included in your package:


  • Initial meeting to get to know you, start planning and complete legal paperwork including the NOIM & talk about your vision for the day.
  • Design, create, write and deliver your unique personalised ceremony 
  • Delivery, Set-up & Pack down within 30km radius of Pacific Pines., 
  • Assist and guide you in writing any personalised vows, then printed on cards for use during the ceremony along with any readings
  • Unlimited communication via phone and email, as required in the lead up to the big day 
  • Ceremonial Certificate presented to you on the day.
  • All legal paperwork prepared and lodged with the Registry of Births, Deaths and Marriages
  •  Apply for your official marriage certificate from the correct BDM (fee paid to BDM added to invoice)
  • Assistance with completing permit applications as required for public spaces, fees incurred are not included and the couples responsibility.
  • Use of my PA and microphone if required on the day
  • Arrival in plenty of time at your venue/location to be set up and ready to welcome your guests.
  • Ceremony set up includes Arbour with draping, standard floral & greenery, 20 Americana chairs or Wood bench seats (6 x white-(seat 18), 10 x brown- (seat 20), Provincial Signing table with 2 chairs - White. Brown or Bamboo,  Personalised Welcome Sign & Easel/Frame - White. Brown or Bamboo, Aisle runner - White Carpet (no coloured petals can be used), Red Carpet, Jute, Seagrass, Bamboo (dark and blonde), Moroccan Rugs. Extras can be added at additional cost
  • Rehearsal before your day of up to one hour either at your venue or another location agreed on Or a final meeting to run over everything.
